Attorney Roger Heller has been in private law practice for 35 years in downtown Cleveland, focusing on family law and domestic relations matters. He has extensive experience in these fields and concentrates his practice in such matters as divorce, dissolution, property division, parenting (custody & visitation), child support, spousal support and premarital agreements.

Although his priority is to resolve these matters without the need for litigation in the courts, he has significant experience in contested cases as well. Mr. Heller mediates divorce and Dissolution settlements, and is also appointed by the courts to represent children in custody disputes as a guardian-ad-litem.
